ABOUT

Beaux Cooper Media

Established in 2015, Beaux Cooper Media (BC) has grown beyond its simple blog origins into a shared creative space and online publication.

We strive to disseminate literature, research, news, inspiration, tips and tools of the trade, and entertainment across all modalities that best fit the information presented as well as build upon already existing literature loving communities across the globe.

We actively seek out collaborative projects with other artists and aim to create a space where writers can share their work, advice, and feedback.

As a result, BC has had the privilege of featuring short stories from writers across the United States, the Arapaho Nation, England, Ireland, Norway, and South Africa.

As of 2020, we started accepting all genre submissions for flash fiction, short and serial stories, and poetry.

Director

Jaymee Woolhiser is the creative director and author behind the BC brand. Much of her writing is pulled directly from life experiences, revelations, and lessons learned within her own piece of the world or inspired by others. As a recent transplant to the Front Range of Colorado, she has dedicated these last few years to exploring all that The Centennial State has to offer.

In a nutshell, Jaymee craves adventure, travel, and fish tacos. She hoards knowledge like a magpie after carnival and watches entirely too much British television. Her weekends are split between studying and exploring – having hiked into the Rocky Mountains, enjoyed the Poudre River, played on the Great Sand Dunes, stood in awe of the Cliff Palace at Mesa Verde, and felt at home nestled in the monumental Glenwood Canyon.
